Colorful Connections offers a series of Consulting & Learning Tracks, providing scalable and flexible support options, based on where you are in the diversity and inclusion journey. This Baseline Track helps you establish a starting point.

1) A high level assessment of DEI risk levels and opportunities + basic insight on readiness of staff to participate in inclusivity work

2) Introductory Empathetic Mindset Workshop that provides participants with the following takeaways:

Understand diversity, equity and inclusion​

Shared language amongst all employees​

Learn and practice inclusive communication skills

3) One free follow-up workshop for all participants to continue learnings
