INCLUSIVE MINDSET WORKSHOP

 

Colorful Connections' Inclusive Mindset workshop is for those looking to improve hiring practices, as well as leaders and managers who want to unleash their team's sleeping skills. 

Participants will learn how to reapproach the hiring process, and reconsider how they assign projects by reimagining the purpose of work and what it means to you, your life, and your community.

The collective learning process guides participants to work with and learn from each other in discovering what inclusion looks like. The session concludes with an empowerment share-out from participants, on what they can personally do to uphold those values in the workplace.

The power is not only in the self-discovery, but the experience of seeing others self-discover and share throughout this interactive workshop.
