ABOUT OUR ASSESSMENTS

We provide three levels of assessments to help identify strengths and diagnose the root of problems and develop a path forward.​

Comprehensive Assessments: In-depth analysis and action plan to transform your organization within all three pillars: ATTRACT, RETAIN, and GROW. 

 

Focused Assessment: Focused assessment explores one pillar for improving your organization. (ATTRACT, RETAIN, or GROW).

Climate Survey: Employee insight informs DEI plans and opportunities to RETAIN and engage them in a meaningful way.

Examples of recommendations that could come from an assessment (will vary based on scope, access and learnings): ​
