The Colorful Connections Inclusive Mindset workshop is an interactive virtual workshop that guides leaders and hiring managers to build more inclusive and equitable habits and practices.​

The collective learning process guides participants to work with and learn from each other in discovering what inclusion looks like. The session concludes with an empowerment share-out from participants, on what they can personally do to uphold these values in the workplace.

How fear prevents us from doing the work that matters. It’s exhibited through shame, embarrassment, and feelings of helplessness. This workshop will help you name, address, and overcome fear.
