INCLUSIVE MINDSET WORKSHOP
Inclusive hiring and team management training to transform your workplace.
WHAT IS AN INCLUSIVE MINDSET WORKSHOP?
The Colorful Connections Inclusive Mindset workshop is an interactive virtual workshop that guides leaders and hiring managers to build more inclusive and equitable habits and practices.
The collective learning process guides participants to work with and learn from each other in discovering what inclusion looks like. The session concludes with an empowerment share-out from participants, on what they can personally do to uphold these values in the workplace.

WHAT OUR CLIENTS HAVE TO SAY
I really liked the overall flow of the workshop with the opportunity to go deep on questions within the smaller sized breakout rooms and then to return to the larger group for a collective discussion afterward. This workshop also helped me better understand the importance of having an inclusive mindset while interviewing or hiring job applicants.
