WHAT IS AN EMPATHY BUILDING WORKSHOP?
It is our take on the traditional unconscious bias training. This virtual discussion leads participants through an interactive, immersive learning experience on diversity, equity, and inclusion, why it matters in the workplace, and gives participants empathy-building skills to create inclusive work cultures.
As new habits take time to form, this 6-week series includes 1hr workshops, of which weekly lessons build on each other.
